Return and Refund Policy

Return/Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product to receive a full refund. Personalized or other customized products, including but not limited to HXL tarps, may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances other than damage incurred during shipping unless otherwise indicated by us in writing at the time of purchase.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees of all authorized returns. Buyer must carefully inspect all packages for damages prior to accepting delivery. Once buyer has accepted delivery, buyer assumes all responsibility for damage caused during shipping.

Our Return/Refund Policy is exclusive of any limited warranties that may exist for particular products.  Except for written limited warranties expressly associated with particular products, to the furthest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express warranties and all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.  SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  However, in the event any implied warranties are required by law, such warranties shall be for a time period that is the minimum time period prescribed by law.


Ordering HXL Tarps:
HXL tarps are customized products. Tarp buyers assume the responsibility for properly measuring the tarps they order. Tarps cannot be returned unless they are damaged in shipment (see shipping policy).  Tears and holes in HXL tarps that are less than 4 square inches in size shall not be considered to be damage, regardless of the cause, as any such tear or hole can be easily repaired by buyer with tarp tape.
